<---- Wolfpaw
Tom, Six Moons
RANK: (Newly made) Apprentice
ALLIANCE: HillClan
APPEARANCE: His pelt is a deep solid gray color, much like a wolf's would be and his eyes are piercing amber, once again, much like a wolf's.
PERSONALITY: Wolfpaw is a very fierce, yet loyal tom; a reason for his name. He is a serious tom most of the time, at the others, he tends to be cool, calm, and collected. Wolfpaw does not take to betrayl easily, he just doen't even accept the thought of it; much like his surviving littermate, Hawkpaw. Wolfpaw is a fighter; not much of a hunter, though he can hunt fairly well. He uses the pain he's felt in the past; the pain that never really goes away, and he puts it into battle. This makes him a fierce opponent; a vicious enemy.
Due to all the pain he suffered, Wolfpaw cannot seem to grasp the concept of being gentle. He is a powerful tom, and he just can't seem to be gentle, physically or tone-wise. Gentle is just not in his vocabulary. He tends to be more rough, and tough; both physically and emotionally. Wolfpaw does know how to care though; he does know how to show it.
Much like his littermate, Wolfpaw is very intelligent; more observing if anything. He tends to notice many things, and if he thinks he knows enough, he thinks of possible conclusions. He doesn't jump right to conclusions though; he is more wise than that. He may still be an apprentice, a new one at that, but his father taught him much; and he holds those teachings to heart.
REASON FOR NAME: The reason why Wolfpaw was named Wolfkit was because of his appearance. His gray coat has a striking resemblance to that of a wolf; and it just became more fit once his amber eyes open. He was the largest of his litter; so size came into play too, being fairly large in stature. His paws are wolf-like, and his pelt is a grey-silver color. His eyes are a piercing amber color. He was named Wolfkit for his resemblence to a wolf; and his personality also resembles that of a wolf, mainly his loyalty and fierceness. He is muscular; and he had broad shoulders. It is no doubt that he is handsome. His body is large in size, and muscular. His jaws are powerful, and his teeth are sharp. Despite all this, though, he has a very charming smile. His eyes always seem to be hiding something; and Wolfpaw has a mysterious quality to him because of it. Though, when the time comes, his eyes portray his emotions; whether they be good or bad. His tail is grey also, but it also had darker grey stripes going down it. It is hardly noticable though; almost blending in with his base color. Mainly his appearance had been the reason for his naming; but other factors, such as his body structure had come into play too.

HISTORY: Wolfpaw's kithood was a usual one; though his mother, Flowerpelt, had passed to StarClan during the kitting. As a result, Wolfpaw and his two littermates had grown up raised by another queen; one who didn't have any kits of her own anymore; Leafwing. Wolfkit was an energetic kit; always wanting to do something for the clan. He'd get into a lot of trouble with Hawkkit mainly, because the two were always trying to do something. Fernkit, though the smallest of the litter, had always tried to set them right; Wolfkit and Hawkkit always seemed to tease her about being afraid to take risks. She, in turn, would tease them about staying apprentices all their lives because they couldn't follow the rules, once they became apprentices of course. However, one leaf-bare, when the three were on one of their "journeys" they came across prints, in the ground. Thinking it was of their own Clan's, the three followed them; only to run into rouges, stealing prey from HillClan's territory. Hawkkit, being as courageous as he was, yelled at them to go away, that it was HillClan's prey. This of course, just set the rouges after them, and being kits, they couldn't run very fast. Luckily a patrol was nearby, with Talonstrike and Marshtail in it, that heard their wails for help. Unfortunately, Fernkit wasn't lucky; getting caught in between two rouges and Marshtail. Marshtail had gotten Fernkit away from the two rouges, though she was still injured; but he was not lucky however, the two rouges had cornered him, and he joined StarClan shortly after. Fernkit joined StarClan a day after the attack, laying helpless in the medicine cat den. From that moment, only one moon away from becoming apprentices, Wolfkit and Hawkkit swore an oath to Fernkit that they would become the best warriors she's ever known, even in StarClan. The two, Wolfkit and Hawkkit, had gotten even closer since then; and even with their separate mentors, have found many ways to still train with each other sometimes.
RP EXAMPLE: The sun was out, and ShadowClan was up; everything was just like every other day. Warriors come in and out to hunt or do a patrol. There was nothingg special that happened, it was all so boring. Shadekit sighed and looked at the camp entrance. Another patrol came in, their jaws full of prey. She layed her head on her paws, watching as some of the younger apprentices went to the fresh-kill pile; she wanted to know what it was like to eat fresh-kill. Seeing as she was only a moon old, the queen that took care of her, Hollydapple, thought that she was not yet ready for fresh-kill yet. In a way, she wasn't; her teeth weren't fully developed yet.
Shadekit's ear pricked as she scented a beloved, well-known scent. She was one moon old, but that did not mean she couldn't recognize her father by scent. He had walked into camp, a thrush, mouse and a plump squirrel hanging from his powerful jaws. Shadekit squealed in delight and hurried out of the nursery, stumbling over her paws and bumping into warriors and apprentices. As soon as Wolfheart set his prey down, Shadekit pounced on him, not even making the great warrior take a small step back. Wolfheart chuckled as he lowered his head and licked her between the ears; affectionate like a father, yet rough like a warrior. Shadekit didn't mind, she knew that her father had trouble being gentle; it just wasn't in his nature.
"Daddy, I'm going to be a big, strong warrior; just like you and mama!" Shadekit cried excitedly, earning a chuckle from her father and from the other warriors who heard her. It wasn't as if they were laughing at her, it was the fact that such a small kit, who could even walk without stumbling, had declared that she'd become a warrior like the ShadowClan deputy. Wolfheart; now that was a warrior to be reckoned with. Shadekit was proud of her father, he was the deputy of her clan. Who wouldn't be proud.
She snuggled against her father as he lay down to eat; the difference in size was amazing. Shadekit had gotten her size from her mother, Darkstream, who was more of a smaller sized cat. Wolfheart, however, was a very large cat, larger than many in the clan in fact. He was muscular and his strength was amazing, to Shadekit, it seemed a if her father was from StarClan. He was just so powerful.
Shadekit looked up at her father once more; he was talking to another warrior about organizing a border patrol; it seemed as if one of the borders was troublesome. "Daddy, can I come too?!" to say Shadekit was excited would be an understatement. The small she-cat kit was jumping on her paws, albeit she fell almost everyother time, and her tail was swishing with excitement. Wolfheart didn't chuckle this time, his eyes held a serious quality to them. That only meant one thing, when he was serious around Shadekit; and that one thing was there was going to be trouble, big trouble.
"I'm sorry, Shadekit, but you have to go back to Hollydapple now." With that said, Wolfheart turned and bounded away, towards the entrance where many warriors and even some of the senior apprentices waited. Shadekit was smart enough to know that it only meant a battle for the borders would occur; and she prayed to StarClan that Wolfheart was going to be alright.
She always prayed to StarClan for Wolfheart, always. Because he was the only thing she knew; he was the only thing she had left.
