RANK: Queen[/b] Sparrowpool- skinny, long brown tabby she-cat with green eyes.

APPEARANCE: slender, small brown tabby she-cat with amber eyes.
PERSONALITY: Fawnstripe is very easy-going. She'd rather relax in the sun than hunt or go on a border patrol. She doesn't take many things too seriously, and that sometimes gets others mad at her. To her, if she thinks it's important, she'll go find out herself. She doesn't want to hear everything second-handed, especially if she didn't ask.
That being said, the she-cat is nosy. She likes getting into other cats' business, whether it be a cat from her clan or not. She has friends in all clans, and enjoys listening to gossip from the areas of the forest that are 'forbidden' to her. That's another thing that Fawnstripe is quite easy-going about. The warrior code, to her, is just like a set of guidelines. They're there to help her live her life, but it's not too big of a deal if she strays off them a little.
Not all cats think this way, though. Her father helps her hide her mistakes with the warrior code, but her brother always knows. He doesn't approve of it, and, quite honestly, she doesn't care. Her and Smokepelt were polar opposites from the very beginning. He's a strict follower of the code, where she's not. She tries to keep her distance from him, because he sometimes nags her about her 'disloyalty' to her clan.
REASON FOR NAME: Fawn- Because she's a light brown color, like a baby deer is.
Stripe- The stripes on her face stick out more than anything else on her pelt.

Father: Mapleflight- slender, tall tan tom with dark bengal markings and yellow-green eyes.

Mapleflight and Sparrowpool were extremely excited when their two kits were born. Sparrowpool had no troubles in her pregnancy, and the couple took that as a good sign. Both of their kits were healthy. One boy and one girl. They named the two Fawnkit and Smokekit. Fawnkit and Smokekit were doted on by their parents. Mapleflight was in the nursery almost every day, teaching his children tricks about being apprentices. They all waited for the day when the kits would become apprentices.
apprenticeship:
When the two kits finally became apprentices, they grew apart. Smokekit dove into his teachings, and Fawnkit eased into them. She took her own sweet time learning things, and did a pretty fantastic job of frustrating her mentor to no end. She never fully understood why cats had to follow the warrior code like it was the only thing in the world. She liked to somewhat follow it. She broke rules often, mainly being caught by her father, who would hide her mistakes as if they never happened. Their father's refusal to acknowledge that Fawnpaw wasn't a great clan cat caused Smokepaw to avoid him. Mapleflight knew that his son didn't want to be near him, but he was okay wit that as long as he had his daughter.
warriorhood:
Fawnpaw recieved the warrior name of Fawnstripe the day after her brother did. Her mentor held her back behind her brother in hopes that it might make her see that she needed to actually work to be the best. The problem was, however, just that. She didn't want to be the best. She just wanted to be herself.
It was this 'being herself' that caught the attention of Spidertail. The two met at a gathering soon after she'd gotten her warrior name. Things between the Brookclan she-cat and Goldenclan tom heated up quickly. The two cats fell in love after a couple of gatherings. The she-cat knew she shouldn't be doing it, but she still did, having Mapleflight cover for her when she was gone.
Her cover didn't last forever, though. It ended when she found out she was carrying his kits. When she told him, he was frightened. They contemplated leaving the clans, but Mapleflight told her she couldn't go. She's afraid Smokepelt will find out and tell the clan. She suspects he already knows something, but she's not sure.
